By the end of this course, you'll have the knowledge and confidence to perform fundamental movements, use basic equipment safely, and create your own strength training sessions in your home or any gym you walk into.

The 6 week program includes 5 workouts per week. (2 with weights, 1 bodyweight, plus 2 days of recommended movement).

You will have access to the material via a custom app.

This course is for women who know they need to do some weightlifting but are afraid to begin because they don’t know where to start or are afraid of getting injured.  It is also for anyone who needs a refresher or a program to follow to get back into it. 

By the end of the course you will feel confident doing a session in your home or any gym you walk into.

The course is structured  so the movements and information build in a progressive manner.
