Nutrition.

Starting with your needs and goals, Leka will develop a personalized nutrition plan and equip you with practical tips for fitting healthy, delicious foods into your daily life. She uses her certification in Precision Nutrition L1—along with her experiences working in professional kitchens, training and competing as an elite athlete, and raising two children—to help women balance hormones and eat healthier in a sustainable way.

 
 
 

Mindset.

Leka draws on her personal, professional, and athletic experiences and training to help clients cultivate a strong, resilient mindset. Whether you’re training for a big race or competition, or just want to be more positive and impactful at work or in your relationships, this training will provide you with tangible techniques and tools that let you tap into your own power. We work together to identify your values, purpose, and goals—and learn how to use meditation, visualization, breath work, and positive self-talk to act from your strong, calm center and show up as your best self, no matter what environment you’re in.

 
 
 

Fitness.

Stay connected to a community from home by joining one of my Zoom workouts. You don’t need any special equipment. All you need is a phone or laptop with access to the internet. Click on the link and workout from your home or outside. All classes are open to all levels and the workouts can be modified to meet your needs. If you prefer personal training, and are in the Coachella Valley, or Orange County, CA, I train a limited number of clients privately.
