Here’s what’s included:

  • 6-week progressive strength training program

  • 5 workouts/week:

    • 2 weighted sessions

    • 1 bodyweight-only session

    • 2 optional movement/recovery days

  • Self-paced and accessible via a custom app

  • Minimal equipment: dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands (intro to barbell optional)

  • Can be done at home or in a gym
