Starting Strong is a self-guided, 6-week digital strength training course created specifically for women in midlife who want to build functional strength—whether you’re brand new to lifting or getting back into it after a break.
You’ll learn how to move with confidence, use weights safely, and build a strong foundation that you can take anywhere—at home or in any gym you walk into.

Here’s what’s included:
6-week progressive strength training program
5 workouts/week:
2 weighted sessions
1 bodyweight-only session
2 optional movement/recovery days
Self-paced and accessible via a custom app
Video tutorials + downloadable PDF guides
Minimal equipment: dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands (intro to barbell optional)
Can be done at home or in a gym
Designed for all levels, especially beginners
